一、主讲教授
赵景琛，法学博士，英国诺丁汉特伦特大学法学院教授，博士生导师，商法与破产法中心主任。研究兴趣企业社会责任、公司法和公司治理。
Corporate Governance, Corporate Law, Corporate Social Responsibility, Economic Sustainability and Law, Chinese Law and Chinese Culture, and interdisciplinary areas such as Strategic Management, Business Ethics and International Business Strategy.

选课方法：新研究生管理系统—可用应用—学生选课应用—公选课程（选课）。
本次选课时间为：选课时间为5月 16日8:30至5月24日16:00。
选课人数上限为50人。
五、注意事项
（一）选修此外教公选课可获得成绩和学分，成绩和学分计入总绩点。本课程可替代法学硕士本一级学科公选课程，经济学等其他硕士研究生非本一级学科公选课程。请根据个人情况进行选课。
（二）退课应于开课三天内在登陆“新研究生管理系统—可用应用—学生选课应用—已选课程”进行选退课。
